Comment se délivrer de l’addiction aux technologies numériques grâce à la médecine ayurvédique ?
Nous avons l’honneur d’accueillir Vaidya (Dr) Ghanashyam Marda pour une conférence exclusive au Studio de Hém sur le thème de la manière de se prémunir contre, ou de se défaire, de l’addiction aux technologies numériques grâce aux solutions ayurvédiques. Praticien de la médecine védique basé à Pune, en Inde, il a notamment été médecin personnel de Sa Sainteté BKS Iyengar. Il intervient fréquemment au Royaume-Uni ainsi qu’en Europe dans des hôpitaux, des formations et des centres de soins.

Le sanskrit : une onde à communioner et non qu’une langue pour communiquer
Aujourd’hui nous ne connaissions pas ce que nous prononçons, car nous avons appris des mots en tant que symboles arbitraires pour décrire quelque chose. Hors, dans la tradition du sanskrit, le mot lui même était la chose, et c’est sur lui qu’on reflétait.
C’est à travers son onde que l’expérience corporelle et mentale prenait une dimension entière et non teintée de l’ignorance-spirituelle.
La parole est au delà d’incohérences car il réunit le souffle, agent de l’âme individuelle avec le son, agent de l’âme universelle.
La conférence met en lumière quelques aspects de la grammaire et de l’étymologie sanskrit qui permettront un aperçu de la glorieuse sujet caché derrière ses textes.
